Consistency is what I missed...
During my last pregnancy, it was hard for me to maintain a regular exercise routine because weeks during which I didn't feel too well would come and go. When I could, I would go swimming up to 1000m or do some other low intensity workout that wouldn't challenge my body too much. Overall, I really didn't feel fit and healthy during the pregnancy which further strengthened my desire to get in shape after pregnancy as fast as possible. So I searched for a training program that doesn't take much time and is efficient. I came across AURUM on Instagram and - true to my nature - decided to try something new in order to get in shape.

What I liked from the start was the feeling that this is not about introducing strict measures to achieve the perfect look, its about health. I already started feeling fit training only once a week after 3 months. Many women are afraid to do more harm than good when starting to exercise again. My doctor gave me green light after six weeks and I felt extremely safe during my private workouts at AURUM. I also observed that it helped resolve with my after pregnancy problems such as back pain and tendonitis. Mentally, it gave me a relief and lifted me up as I was progressing towards my ideal shape despite continuous lack of sleep, lack of time and fatigue all young parents know all too well...

I like that the AURUM workout is a whole body training and I feel how it is working hard to recover and get firmer with each workout. During the first 15 trainings, I didn't workout on the top of AURUM. After four months, I finally fit into my Jeans again, the ultimate test for me that this is working! Today, I do an AURUM workout once a week and then whatever I feel like, it could be a bootcamp workout with more of a social fun aspect or else, depending on my mood. I feel great, strong and fit to do other activities for my pleasure. And I'm relaxed because I know both my fitness and health is covered and I can enjoy myself. During the lockdown phase, I had to work out more to have the same feeling as with AURUM, so it robbed me of family time which I'd rather spend on trying out new recipes and decorating our home for the season. Since I started working again 80%, I appreciate the little time needed to workout at AURUM and really wouldnĀ´t want to miss it in my life.
